The concerns of the next generation of water billpayers were raised by 10-year-old environmental campaigners Mbetmi, Yimi and Waimi who suggested making water efficiency a school subject, boosting the amount of water reuse and strengthening agricultural policies to improve water quality as three suggestions to address future deficits.
