Water2Business has been ranked as the top-performing retailer with more than 5,000 connection points for 2020/21 closely followed by Business Stream and Everflow. Market operator MOSL also analysed the impacts of Covid-19 on the non-household water sector and found consumption, switching and meter reading activities all fell during the past year.
