Wales and West Utilities (WWU) has received approval from the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) to inject gas containing up to 1 per cent hydrogen into the gas grid. The gas will be produced at Advanced Biofuel Solutions’ waste gasification plant in Swindon where it will also be injected into the network starting in October.
