Yorkshire rejects Ofwat’s final determination and seeks CMA appeal

Yorkshire has asked Ofwat to refer the final determination on its business plan for the next years to the Competition and Markets Authority. The company said that after "significant work" it had concluded that the regulator's approach would have a long-term detrimental impact on resilience and customers. Meanwhile, Welsh Water accepted its determination but suffered a downgrade from S&P.
